I know first hand how the energy I feel, or don’t feel shows up in how I am every day, so I use my understanding of energy to help you move past blocks, whether they are physical things holding you back, emotional or mindset.

During coaching and in my programmes, this is woven into the fabric, and you can also work with me specifically for energy work.

Reiki

Reiki 1:1 treatment sessions.

I am a Holy Fire ll Karuna® Reiki Master and offer 1:1 Reiki sessions from the comfort of a clinic in central Emsworth.

Reiki is great for your overall wellbeing, a safe, non-invasive treatment which can deeply relax, shift unwanted energies and uplift the spirits.  You’ll also enjoy aroma-therapeutic benefits throughout.

Kinetic Shift

Kinetic shift is a rapid-results experience combining several different techniques, which enables you to shift unwanted baggage, reduce pain, resolve fears, phobias, anxiety, weight loss, smoking and much more. Many clients report instant results and often only one session is required.

We all know that we can’t express everything we want to verbally, so we use several other methods of communication and that is the key to Kinetic Shift. As your practitioner, I don’t even have to know the details of the issue you want to work on – how cool is that?

Kinetic Shift was developed by Karl Smith of The UK Hypnosis Academy and uses seven stages to shift unwanted feelings from your body.
It will leave you feeling energised, free of the unwanted feelings and ready to get back to being you.
