Beliefs are so powerful; they can stop you in your tracks or propel you forward. You’ll hold beliefs without even being aware, some helpful, others not so much. The first step is becoming aware of them first, they’ll pop up through your inner thoughts and dialogue as well as influencing the actions you take or don’t’ take.
